I wanted to share an upcoming training opportunity with you all.
DTU will organise a virtual training on “Molecular Epidemiology and Global Transmission of Cholera” on 27th August and 3rd September 2025 from 9:00 to 12:30 CEST.
Through this webinar, participants will gain insights into analyzing and interpreting single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) matrices and maximum parsimony trees to study the population genetics of Vibrio cholerae. They will also learn to link AMR and virulence profiles to epidemiological data.
