Dear Bioinformatics Community of Practice Members, We are excited to inform you of the upcoming Bioinformatics Community of practice session where Niamh Lacy-Roberts will present the Hackathon which took place last month in Senegal during our partners meeting. This is a great opportunity to learn more about what a hackathon is and how it was used to adapt an existing open-source workflow to better fit the needs of our laboratories new to ONT sequencing.
