HAMRonization tool + slides from today's COP

Hi all, For those who missed today's SeqAfrica Bioinformatics Community of Practice meeting, I wanted to share the slides that Marco presented. I've also shared below a link to an interesting article about a new tool developed by PHAG4E called hAMRonization.
